📸 PhotoLink — the photographer app

Download the set file (photos + rooms + notes), then open PhotoLink and import it. When a pro photographer reshoots a room, their credit attaches to that photo in PhotoLink.

🗂 DealDesk — the transaction file

A plain-English summary for the deal file: address, photo count by room, and which core rooms are still missing a shot. Copy it, or take the whole set as a ZIP.

🗺 Maps — pins file

A GeoJSON pins file for the Maps app (TurfMap): one pin per property that has a location set. Add a location on the property's Edit screen — "Use my location" while you're standing at the house is the fast way.

Send this property's photos straight from the phone (Messages, Mail, AirDrop…) where the browser supports it.

Your brand (the watermark)

Already set your name + brokerage in the shelf's "Make it yours"? They're picked up from there automatically — anything you type here wins.

The watermark is drawn into the photo when you shoot, so it travels with the file wherever it goes.

Honest limits (it's a web app)

• No flash or torch control — phone browsers can't reach the flash. Use the room lights.
• No tap-to-focus or manual exposure in Safari's web camera — the picker button (▣) uses the full phone camera when you want those.
• The level bubble needs motion permission on iPhone; without it, the grid still works.
• Photos live on this device only (nothing is uploaded). Export from Hand-off to keep or move a set.
