The owner's desk for your membership or community β roster, tiers, welcomes, unanswered questions, and the weekly digest, in one place.
Circle charges $89/mo β $1,068 every year β in platform rent. MemberWorks is $149 once, yours forever, members unlimited, no per-member fees.
Plain talk on what this is: MemberWorks is your operating desk. Your community still lives where it lives β a Facebook Group, Discord, Slack, Circle, in-person, wherever. MemberWorks runs alongside that host so you can run the roster, onboarding, questions, and digest without paying per-member rent for the management layer. It does not host the community itself.
Changing the topic or promise? Regenerate the welcome sequence, then edit the wording into your voice.
Replace the sample (or your current desk) with a blank community. This clears the roster, questions, activity, and digest on this device.
Everyone in one list β tier, joined date, last active, and tags β no matter where the community itself is hosted.
Name your own tiers (Free / Core / Inner Circle, or whatever you sell). Renaming a tier updates every member on it.
Import a CSV with columns: name, email, tier, joined, lastActive, tags (header row, dates as YYYY-MM-DD). Unknown tiers are created. Or paste CSV text below.
Three messages, generated from your community's topic and promise: 1) Welcome, 2) Orient, 3) First-win prompt. Post or send them wherever your community lives β edit every word first. They save as you type.
Log questions members ask anywhere β in the group, in DMs, on a call β so none of them quietly go unanswered. Oldest waiting shows first. The draft-answer assist gives you a starting reply in your community's terms; edit it before you post it back in the host community.
Builds this week's digest post from what you logged: member wins, answered questions, resources, events, and new members. Edit it, copy or download it, then post it in your host community and mark it sent.
Log the life of the community β posts, events, member wins, and resources. Wins and resources from the last 7 days flow straight into the weekly digest.
