> The Realtor Referral Hub is a national, peer-to-peer realtor referral network. Homeowners are matched free to a vetted local realtor; realtors pay nothing to be listed or matched. The only fee in the system is the standard 25% referral fee between brokerages, paid only when a matched deal closes.

- **Territory Race** — the public board where partners earn standing; an invite that lands is 1 counted point, and the partner with the most counted points holds their metro.
- **Claim Your City** — 25 counted points claims your metro; 500 counted points locks it for a year.
- **Verified Placed Referral** — a referral placed through the Hub that a named partner received (+25 board points, live 30 days).
