🏁 Every member of the Realtor Referral Hub is already a racer. If you’re in the Facebook group, you’re racing for your metro — no sign-up, nothing to fill out. Realtors from outside your metro join the group and name you, and every verified one is a point for you. First to 25 verified claims the metro, most verified holds it, and first to 500 locks it for good as Governor.

Three numbers, never mixed up: Registered = racers signed up for the metro. Joined · pending = their people are in and waiting on the nightly check. Verified = passed the check — the only score that counts. First to 25 verified claims the metro; first to 500 locks it for good as Governor.
