Most referral programs charge realtors a monthly fee just to be listed and fed leads. This network does not. Realtors pay nothing to be listed here, nothing to be matched, and no monthly placement fees of any kind. The only money that ever moves is the standard 25% referral fee, and only when a matched deal actually closes. If nothing closes, nobody pays anything.
For homeowners the match is free for the same reason: the network runs on realtors handing each other clients across city lines, and the closing fee keeps it honest.
