A cloud brokerage is being built — the founding waitlist is open
We help realtors and homeowners — that is the mission of this network, and it is the foundation the brokerage is being built on. The brokerage itself is planned, not open: it does not exist yet, it has no opening date yet, and nobody is being hired into it yet. This page is how you get in line.
What is the cloud brokerage being built by the Realtor Referral Hub?
A cloud brokerage — a real estate brokerage with no physical office to report to — being built by the team behind the Realtor Referral Hub and MockTools. It is planned, not open: it does not exist yet, it is not licensed yet, and it is not hiring agents yet. What already exists is the foundation it opens on: a national network of realtors who exchange client referrals at the standard 25% referral fee and race for territories on a public board.
When does it open?
No opening date has been set. The plan is to open in the coming year or two, when the network underneath it is big enough that the brokerage opens with referrals already flowing instead of an empty roster. When a date is set, founding waitlist members hear it first, in waitlist order.
What do founding agents get?
A place in line, and credit for what they have already built. Founding seats are held for waitlist members in the order they joined the network — first joined, first offered a seat. Founding members also carry in the territory position they hold on the race board. The plan is 100 territories; under the network’s standing rules, a territory becomes a paid territory — $250 a month base — once its holder reaches 4 counted territory gains, and the race running today is how holders get there.
How is this different from a traditional brokerage?
A traditional brokerage starts with an office and recruits agents to fill it. This one starts with a working referral network and opens on top of it: members arrive with referral relationships already moving, territories already claimed and counted in public, and the same written rules the network runs on today — the standard 25% referral fee at closing only, and a signed agreement before any client name moves. And it is cloud-based: the network is the office, so there is no building to report to.
Who is building it?
Steven Mock, REALTOR® with Platinum Realty in Missouri, and the team behind the Realtor Referral Hub and MockTools — the same people who run this network and its public territory race. Until the brokerage opens, Steven stays at Platinum Realty, and the network does not change: matching stays free for homeowners and realtors, and the only fee stays the 25% referral fee at a closing.
How do I get on the founding waitlist?
Join the network — it is free, and there is no separate waitlist to buy into. Every realtor in the network is on the founding waitlist in the order they joined. Join the Realtor Referral Hub group, claim your free Verified listing with the form below, then run your race: claim your metro, bring referrals, and stack counted territory gains before the doors ever open.
Start now — the network is live today
The waitlist is not a holding pen. While the brokerage is being built, the network underneath it is already working: join the Realtor Referral Hub group, read how it works for realtors and the Referral Policies every placement runs on, and watch the race on the territory race board. The form below is the same free signup every realtor in this network uses — filling it in joins the network, and joining the network is what puts you on the founding waitlist, in order.
