Does it cost anything to be matched with a realtor?
No. Being matched with a realtor through the Realtor Referral Hub costs you nothing — no request fee, no match fee, no monthly fee, ever. Realtors in the network also pay nothing to be listed or matched. The only fee in the system is the standard 25% referral fee, paid between the brokerages only when a matched deal closes.

For realtors: $0 to be listed on this site, $0 per match, $0 per month, no placement fees of any kind.
At a closing on a matched client: 25% of the commission, split between the brokerages per the referral agreement. No close, no fee — that is the entire price list.
Why it can be free
Most referral programs charge realtors a monthly fee just to be listed and fed leads, and that cost pressures everyone. This network runs the other way: realtors hand each other clients across city lines, and the closing fee between brokerages is what keeps it honest. Because nobody pays to be here, nobody is here because they bought a spot — they are here because they are part of the network.
