Homeowner coverage: how many homeowners already have a local agent attached
As of November 3, 2026, 4,311 homeowners have a local agent attached through the Realtor Referral Hub and Homebot HQ. The largest counts are Lee's Summit, MO — 996 homeowners, Kansas City, MO — 980, Blue Springs, MO — 675, Independence, MO — 582, Liberty, MO — 412 and Raymore, MO — 352. Every one of the 4,311 is staged (attached at load); 0 are active (tapped) so far. These are aggregate counts only — no homeowner's name, address or individual record is ever published.
The counts, city by city
The city shown is each household's own city, exactly as its agent's book states it — suburbs are listed as their own cities, not rolled up into one metro line. The six largest:

What “attached” means — and what it does not
Staged (attached at load) means this: the moment a realtor loads their client book into Homebot HQ, every homeowner in that book gets a quiet record on the national referral side, attached to that one agent. That record does exactly one job — when the homeowner later needs to move, the request routes back to their own agent, or credits that agent as the sender if they have moved away.
It is a routing relationship, not a client list. A staged record is not a mailing list, is never sold, is never visible to lenders, builders or other realtors, and dies if the agent leaves. This page publishes counts only — aggregates, never a person's name, address or record.
Active (tapped) is the next step: a staged homeowner becomes active on their first tap of their own agent's update link. As of November 3, 2026, none of the 4,311 staged homeowners had tapped yet — the staged count is published exactly as it stands, with the active count at an honest 0.
Where these counts come from
The 4,311 count is the first book staged on the national side: one Kansas City-area agent's 4,311-household book, loaded into Homebot HQ and staged on November 3, 2026, then read back and verified the same day — 4,311 staged, 0 active, 0 superseded, 0 removed, across 1 agent. Books loaded before the pre-stage system shipped stage the same way on their next load, and every agent who loads a book adds their cities to these counts. No count is published here before it is real.
