How many homeowners are attached to a local agent?
As of November 3, 2026, 4,311 homeowners are attached to a local agent through the Realtor Referral Hub and Homebot HQ. The biggest counts are Lee's Summit, MO — 996, Kansas City, MO — 980, Blue Springs, MO — 675, Independence, MO — 582, Liberty, MO — 412 and Raymore, MO — 352. All 4,311 are staged (attached at load); 0 are active (tapped) so far. The full city-by-city table is on the homeowner coverage page.
How a homeowner gets attached
Their realtor loads their book.
When a realtor loads their client book into Homebot HQ, every homeowner in it gets a quiet record attached to that one agent. That is "staged."
The record does one job.
Routing. When that homeowner later needs to move, the request routes back to their own agent — or credits that agent as the sender if they have moved away.
A first tap makes it active.
A staged homeowner becomes active on their first tap of their agent's update link. As of the November 3, 2026 count, none had tapped yet — active stands at 0.
What "attached" is not
Attached is not a client list, and it is not a mailing list. The staged record is never sold, never shown to lenders, builders or other realtors, and it ends if the agent leaves. The Hub publishes counts only — 4,311 homeowners in aggregate, by city — never a person's name, address or individual record. The 4,311 figure is also honest about its scope: it is the first book staged on the national side, one Kansas City-area agent's book, counted and verified on November 3, 2026. Every further book an agent loads adds its own cities to the count.
