Is there a cloud brokerage for realtors in Missouri?
Not open yet. The team behind the Realtor Referral Hub — run by Steven Mock, REALTOR® with Platinum Realty in Missouri — is building a cloud brokerage (no physical office to report to), planned to open in the coming year or two. It does not exist yet, is not licensed yet, and is not hiring yet. What exists today is the network it opens on, and Missouri realtors can join that network free now and be on the brokerage founding waitlist, in join order.
What "cloud brokerage" means here
A traditional brokerage starts with an office and recruits agents to fill it. This one starts with a working referral network and opens on top of it: members arrive with referral relationships already moving and territories already claimed on the public race board. There is no building to report to — the network is the office.
What a Missouri realtor can do today
- Join the network free — join the Realtor Referral Hub group and you are registered and listed free.
- Claim your metro on the Territory Race board — founding members carry in the territory position they hold when the brokerage opens.
- Be on the waitlist in order — founding seats are offered to waitlist members in the order they joined the network. There is no separate waitlist to buy into.
Full detail: the planned cloud brokerage page. Until it opens, Steven stays at Platinum Realty and the network does not change: matching stays free, and the only fee stays the standard 25% referral fee at a closing.
