How are homeowners matched to a local realtor?
Homeowners are matched by a person at the Realtor Referral Hub desk, and the match is free. You name the metro and your timeline; the desk routes your request to the local partner for that metro — a Premium holder first where one holds that metro, otherwise the metro's territory holder or bench — and that local realtor contacts you directly. Your request is never sold, your name is never posted publicly, and no realtor paid to receive it: this site names metros, not realtors.
The steps
You post your city + timeline.
Buying, selling, or both — two minutes on the form below.
The desk matches you by hand.
A person reads every request and routes it by metro, side, and timeline — not an algorithm auction and not a list sold to multiple agents.
One local realtor reaches out.
The partner who covers your metro contacts you directly, and you work with them from there. If the deal closes, the brokerages settle the standard 25% referral fee between themselves — it never comes out of your pocket.
Why the site names metros, not realtors
The network speaks in metros on purpose: coverage is published by city and metro area, and introductions run through the desk. That keeps a homeowner's request private, keeps any one realtor's name off a public page, and means the match is made on who covers your metro and produces there — not on who bought the loudest profile.
