What is a relocation realtor?

A relocation realtor is a realtor who specializes in moves between cities: they work with buyers arriving from somewhere else — video tours, neighborhood briefings, tight timelines — and with sellers who have already left. In the Realtor Referral Hub, relocation is the home game: the whole network exists so a client moving to a new metro lands with the local partner there. You are matched free, by a person, to the partner who covers your new metro, and the only fee in the system is the standard 25% referral fee between brokerages when a deal closes.

What makes relocation different

How you get one

Name both cities on the form below — where you are and where you are going — with your rough timeline. The desk routes the buying end to your new metro’s partner and, if you are selling, the listing end to the partner where you live now.

Request your free match

Free for you, always. A person at the Hub desk reads every request and matches it to the local partner for that metro. Your name and contact details are never posted publicly.
