What does a listing agent do?

A listing agent is the licensed realtor who sells your house: they price it against your local market, get it photographed and listed, market it to buyers and other agents, run the showings and offers, negotiate, and walk the sale to closing. A good one is local — pricing lives at street level. Through the Realtor Referral Hub you are matched free to the listing partner who covers your metro; the match costs you nothing, and the only fee in the system is the standard 25% referral fee between brokerages if your house sells and closes.

The job, in order

How the match works

Name your city and timeline on the form below. A person at the desk routes your request to the partner who holds your metro — one realtor, not an auction — and you decide after you talk. If the fit is wrong, the desk re-matches you.

Free for you, always. A person at the Hub desk reads every request and matches it to the local partner for that metro. Your name and contact details are never posted publicly.
