Do I have to sign anything to be matched with a realtor?

No. Being matched through the Realtor Referral Hub requires no contract, no sign-up fee, and no commitment from you: you request, a person at the desk introduces you to one local realtor, and you decide for yourself after you talk. The paper in this system sits between the brokerages — a signed referral agreement between them — never as a charge or a lock-in on you. If you later hire that realtor, any agreement you sign is with them, on terms you read first.

What "no obligation" means here, exactly

Where signatures do exist

Between the brokerages. A referral runs on a signed agreement between the sending and receiving brokerages so the standard 25% referral fee at closing is on paper — that agreement is theirs, it never names a price to you, and it exists only if your deal closes.

Request your free match

Free for you, always. A person at the Hub desk reads every request and matches it to the local partner for that metro. Your name and contact details are never posted publicly.
