How do realtors get client referrals from other cities?

Realtors get cross-city referrals by being the partner a network sends to: in the Realtor Referral Hub, a realtor with a client moving away hands that client to the local partner who covers the destination metro, on a signed referral agreement between the brokerages. Listing and matching are free for realtors — nobody buys leads here — and at closing the receiving brokerage pays the standard 25% referral fee to the sending brokerage. Partners get picked because they hold the metro and answer the desk, not because they paid for placement.

The flow, from the agent side

1
Join free and get listed.
Join the Realtor Referral Hub group — you are registered automatically — and claim your free Verified listing so the desk can find you by metro.
2
Hold ground.
Claim your metro on the Territory Race board: homeowner requests and agent-sent needs for your metro come to its holder first.
3
Work the need, sign the paper.
Referrals run on signed paper between the brokerages; for agent-sent needs the receiving agent signs the network’s standing finder’s-fee agreement (5%, no cap) before client details move.

Sending pays the same as receiving

Your client moving to Denver is worth the standard 25% to your brokerage when the Denver partner closes them — but only if the handoff runs on paper inside a network. Sending through the Hub keeps that fee collectable and your client looked after.

Request your free match

Free for you, always. A person at the Hub desk reads every request and matches it to the local partner for that metro. Your name and contact details are never posted publicly.
